Hi! My name is Sasha and I am looking forward to getting to know you. But first, here’s a little bit of info on me.
I had a long history of doing Pilates on again and off again following a car accident in my teens. But it wasn’t until my first lesson in a classical studio that I fell in love with Pilates. I knew after my first lesson there that I had found my passion. When I booked my first lesson, all I was looking for was a little “me time” and to tone up. But instead, I found a new career. Getting rid of my constant neck and back pain was an unexpected bonus!
I had the great privilege of training at Pilates from the Centre in North Vancouver, BC. This program is well-known in the Pilates community for being one of the most intensive and challenging programs out there, which is exactly what I was looking for. A year and a half long, it is also one of the longest courses offered for Pilates Training.
And now I am honoured to be able to use my training and experience to help you reach the goals you have – whether it be strength, flexibility, rehabilitation, or so much more. Let’s get started!

Hello, my name is Tiffany. I am a classically trained Pilates instructor currently completing my certification through the Pacific Coast Pilates Academy under the mentorship of Matilda Christensen and Veronica McClurg—an internationally recognized program known for its rigor and intensity. I was first introduced to Pilates through private lessons in my home, which led me to deepen my training at Just Breathe Pilates Studio. There, I rediscovered a profound passion for Pilates and a renewed belief in the power of precise, intentional movement to build strength, balance, and longevity—echoing the foundation of my first love of movement, ballet.
Having trained as a dancer from a young age across multiple styles, movement has always been central to my life. Beyond Pilates, I maintain an active lifestyle through hiking, swimming, and other outdoor pursuits that keep me connected to nature. I also love to travel and am always eager to explore new destinations.
I truly enjoy studying and practicing the Joseph Pilates method and the powerful mind–body connection it creates. Pilates allows me to quiet my mind, tune into my body, and move with intention—something I find incredibly grounding and rewarding.
